First drafts for bittybang are due on Friday. Which is awesome; I've had my draft for a couple of weeks now, but still don't have a summary, and it's hard to invent one. At some point in the next couple of days I shall have to!

I've been busy with life-stuff, so writing on The Plan has been stalled for a while. Would like to get at least a few more words on it before I have to edit bittybang and start on SeSa.

I'm also obsessing about Supernatural a lot. I'm up to 3x14 and really enjoying the show so far. I have a little bunch to watch before I'm done! etsu_88 kindly uploaded up to 4x06 for me, so I shall soon be completely up to date.

I haven't done any fic-reading for the longest time - like, months - mostly because my illness has been making it hard to concentrate. And now I'm starting to feel better and I'm dying to have something good to get my teeth into. I'm not really very well-read in popslash, and would love to have something cool and new-to-me to read. Would love something long, like, 10k+ long. Anyone have anything specific to recommend?

(I am not choosy on pairings, kinks or plotlines, particularly - but I AM choosy about quality. Which is silly in fanfic, I know, but there you have it.)

Also, JuC Swap has gone live! I had great fun taking part and wrote two stories - my "real" story, Flaming Ninja Waffles, and my pinch hit is (I'm Not) Home For Christmas. I'll probably repost them both on my fic journal over the next few days.

I also can't recommend the story that was written for me highly enough - everyone should read BookPeople by phaballa. It's an AU: Justin works in a bookstore and is romantic and geeky and just a bit broken. There is bitchy Lance, JC is beautiful and amazing and wearing pink and glitter, Chris is (duh) awesome, and Joey is a really good friend and not such a great roommate. It's awesome.

The only other one I've managed to read so far was the brilliant Hi De Woe by turps33. Terri is brilliant as always and this story is sweet and funny and adorable and, oh, just go read it.

Honourable mention goes to the three stories I beta'd for but haven't re-read yet. I'm totally reccing them all anyway. There's Bon-Bon Fire Of The Vanities (awesome Gossip Girl AU by phaballa). And from the wonderful llamabitchyo there's Do Not Arouse Or Awaken Love (Until It So Desires), which is about Justin and Britney and the Bible and Chris and how desirable JC is; and Rabbits' Feet, Kisses And Invisible Gay Necklaces which is about luck and love and growing up.

You should totally read all these stories, for they are awesome.
