Because this really helps, apparently.
1. Get clean clothes together.
2. Shower.
3. Get dressed.
4. Draw curtains.
5. Turn off shower.
6. Get laundry and bring upstairs.
7. Check in file.
8. Take painkiller.
9. Straighten out bed.
Okay everything that involves exertion can wait until my period is over. Ow.
10. 20 mins on file.
11. Filter 10 emails.
12. Reply to PM.
Okay next thing is a one big thing.
13. Go and buy cereal. And maybe other things.
(So much for avoiding physical exertion? I need cereal.)
