randomling: A very young Justin Timberlake with an expression of great distress. (oh noes)

I've been writing my [livejournal.com profile] bittybang for 4 days and I've already got more than 10,000 words.

I'm really glad, though, that I've got a long, long time before the first draft is due. This is mostly because - even though I'm halfway to the minimum word count - this story is, at 10k, barely even started. I think this is a novel, people. A JuC novel - [livejournal.com profile] rikes, what has your challenge done to me?!

People write 50k in a month for NaNo, right? So I can write the remaining 50k-or-more for this in 2 months? Do you think?

Christ, what have I got myself into.

ETA: 12k! Chapter 2 done, Chapter 3 started, and man, I need to figure out what my boys are gonna do next.

Er... I'm at 19k?

Does it help that I really haven't made an impression on the amount of story I have to tell? Seriously, this story scares the crap out of me.

I organize the best challenges! :) I just hope you manage to enjoy the writing, and don't stress too much!

You do organize great challenges!

And funnily enough I'm not stressing too terribly hard. I am a bit worried about the length of this one though! Jesus. JuC novel. WTF.
