I'm watching the S4 finale of Doctor Who. There's a lot of interesting and fun stuff in here and it's nice to have all the gang together doing things and being useful and stuff. But Donna gets such short shrift.

Of course, the end of her story is part of it, because ugh. But also - Captain Jack Harkness, who will pretty much shag anything, won't give Donna a hug? Really? That's just...

I am grossed out by the idea that Donna, being neither under 25 nor rail-thin, is the one person who Jack doesn't find sexually appealing.

Sing it sister! Donna was one of the best things about RTD's Who, but Journey's End and her later cameo appearances do the character no justice.

Absolutely! Donna's at least as attractive as Rose. That scene *really* irritated me, too. What was it even *for*?
