Health: my period is still here, but still super-light and painless. (This is ODD, man.) Minimal pain levels and I'm not too tired. Mood is miserable, but mostly because of a specific thing (the government lost my benefit application OH GREAT JOY) not because of general depression. Overall, I'd call this a medium-good day healthwise.
Haven't been out yet today, but I am going out this evening (to Science Museum Lates with my ex). Piano is happening shortly, as is an actual confrontation with the showerbeast. Plus writing 750 words on the site of that name and a bit of CBT.
