Liveblogging as I watch 2 Fast, 2 Furious

randomlingOK, so you may want to scroll past this post if you are not interested in the Fast & Furious movies, or particularly in the slashy-as-hell elements thereof. Squee and rambling follow.
I'm starting about 35 minutes in, as that's where I stopped last time.
And oh, Brian. You total slut.
I did seriously think he was going to start making out with Rome right before the race.
(I do not usually dig car movies, I gotta tell you. But that race was really exciting!)
OH BOYS. ♥ Rome wanders off to the bathroom and Brian gazes after him looking blissfully happy and totally in love. In what ways is this film subtle, please?
Rome. Jealous of Eva Mendes's character. Yes, yes he is.
Can I also pay a tiny amount of homage to the way the film treats the pure and true love of Brian and Dom? 'Cause we go immediately from "cop is sleeping with her mark" to "is she compromised, Brian, you're the expert" - and it's wonderful. :D
!!!!! DRAMA! The poor cop! And the RAT, ew, and what are Brian and Eva Mendes going to DO?!
Ugh, this is horrible, that poor guy. :(
OMG. EW. Really, that was actually nasty. Torture as entertainment, yuk. (Which is weird, 'cause I never had a problem with that episode of Firefly that does the same thing. But this was just, ew.)
In happier news - d'aww, Suki is Brian's little fag hag! ♥
!!! I will shoot your boyfriend if you shoot MY boyfriend! (Wow, this movie feels a lot more exciting and dramatic to me than the first one.)
Who is the random eye candy in the police office and why is he eyeing up Brian?
Ah yeah, THAT'S my boy, Brian. Fuck over both of your employers and run off into the sunset with your boyfriend and lots of money - good call! And... awww, they are so in love.
It took Brian about TEN SECONDS OF SIRENS to figure out that cops were coming? Wow, go perceptive!Brian!
OMG Brian is as crazy as Rome. HEE!
This reminds me of the Blues Brothers with all the hundreds of police cars following Our Heroes. :D

...and... WTF? Brian, why don't you just boot the dude out of your car and turn the fuck around? I thought you were running?
Hee. Kicking out the windscreen together = LOVE.
And today on ridiculous stunts with cars! :D
Aww, and then they stayed together and opened a garage. (So HOW does Brian end up back in LA and a cop again? And more importantly, WHY WOUlD HE DO THAT? No, seriously.)

And I kind of love you a little for the last line.

i would say that there needs to be a movie between 2Fast and F&F, but it would not have dom&brian in it, so therefore it should just be relegated to flashbacks in number five.
I THINK I NEED TO STOP BEING IN LOVE WITH BRIAN.
