Resilience fail

randomlingUgh, this is exactly what I mean by resilience.
The fact that I got a cold and have been out of action for a week and am back to getting out of bed at 1.30pm instead of 9am.
The fact that I haven't got dressed for three days and am struggling to get even tiny things done and am avoiding checking my voicemail and returning phone calls.
All of this because of a cold.
This is the problem I am talking about, the one I am struggling to fix.
Ugh.
