48 goals, wow. (And this doesn't cover all the stuff that's on hold.) I have no idea if this list will help me figure out what's important to me. I guess I could categorise this stuff in terms of why I'm doing it, and then see what the broad reasons are and figure out what of those are important to me right now? That's a possibility?
I have no idea if that will help but let's try it.

Reasons I'm doing this are: a sense of achievement, learning, material things, social relationships/community building, fun, getting a job, making a contribution, obligations, organisation, and health.
Obviously getting a job and health are major priorities. So are obligations - I want to fulfill my obligations, and I'm not doing a great job just now.
So how about I have three tiers of priorities:
1. Getting a job, health, obligations, anything with a deadline
2. Making a contribution, social relationships/community building, learning
3. A sense of achievement, material things, fun, organisation.
Not too bad. This doesn't mean that the fun stuff, or the material things stuff, or whatever, never gets a look-in. How about if I try to do a kind of 3-2-1 deal? Like, three things from List One, two from List Two and one from List One?
So uh, List One's goals would be:
Improve profile on Reed, elevator pitch, improve jobsearch plan, make a bookmark folder for CV upload sites, email Chetan, Evernote reminders, get blood test, list of things for doctor's appointment, blood test for consultant, research adult autism diagnosis funding in Greenwich, improve eating habits, regular exercise, improve sleeping habits, call about stress management classes, find a good stretch programme, research trainers that will fit me, bug 2277, IGG snippet, answer Apple survey, email re: IGG snippet, edit IGG snippet, gifts and cards
List Two:
Wombat theme, Night Vale mirroring meta, Cecil/Carlos Carlos works for the government, learn to use Twitter/FB/LinkedIn, community guidelines for Awesomeers, replying to comments for Awesomeers, make a plan and post to Awesomeers, post automation for Just One Thing, reply to B/C/P, complete sweater, research funding for HE Certificate, look at free HTML5 course, finish novel
List Three:
Cecil/Carlos porn, get Blood Ties DVD back, research headphones, check HD for missing songs, sort out memory card, FB/Twitter/LinkedIn emails, sort out Statcounter, reset Evernote password, put new card on Paypal, sort out clothes, sort out stuff to go back to T, decide what books to give away, tidy books, laundry backlog
WOW that's actually a real and true list of things. I am amazed with myself!
So now I can go and for each one, find the next step, work through that step, and then move on to the next thing, using my 3-2-1 model. This is something that is in fact sort of happening!
That said, I have still applied to no jobs today. So I guess what I really need to do is that.
