I'm having a bout of depression at the moment, and finding task lists really intimidating. So I'm experimenting with a new kind of list today, the kind where I only add stuff to the list right before I do it.
This list will necessarily be very short until after I have done things.
Career and Jobs (2/3)
Make list of outstanding applications
Write additional sheet of prior jobs for Job #1
Write cover letter for Job #2
Health (1/1)
Call Sainsbury's and request Metformin and Mirtazapine
Personal (4/4)
Make and eat breakfast
Morning meds
Shower
Clean teeth
Total tasks: 8
