Background to this post: I have been feeling like hell all day. I require improvements in all areas. So!

1. Shopping list! Some kind of ready meal for me to eat tonight. Possibly another for tomorrow night. For tonight, definitely something yummy and tasty. Also: ingredients for shepherds pie, basically minced beef and potatoes (I have an onion, garlic, herbs, canned tomatoes, it's all good). Probably a little milk for the mash, actually. Some fresh fruit and veg in the hope that I might actually eat some? Plus bacon, sausages, cheese.

2. Go home! I have a book, I have my iPod that contains music. The journey home will be just fine. I think I'm going to treat myself to taking the long route home with no changes and less people, rather than the shorter, crowded route with one change. Whee.

3. Put away purchases of food. Eat tonight's ready meal. This part: important, I require yummy food tonight.

4. Put together a wash and wash it. Throw any other dirty clothes into the washing basket. Throw away as much trash as I can see. Take dirty dishes downstairs.

5. Long, long, long hot shower. Plus washing of face and cleaning of teeth.

6. Reward of some kind - book, or WoW, or something.

7. Early to bed!

Sure I have missed something, but whatever.
