Demonstrating I'm conscientious in a supporting statement?
What kind of things can I put in a supporting statement for a job to demonstrate that I am conscientious?
(Yes, asking for advice. Would like to have a conversation with someone about this because this is the one point I'm struggling to answer. I am pretty conscientious but really not coming up with anything!)

In my own workplace, I would use as an example that I frequently report for repair things like lights being out, the filter light being not-green on the fridge, a door squeaking or not closing right, or any one of the little details that I could have assumed someone else would take care of but I didn't make that assumption (because it's a bad assumption and if I don't report it it'll be a week before someone else does).
Also that my co-workers mention little things that aren't right to me, because I've demonstrated to them that I care about those sorts of things, so my co-workers trust that if they say something to me about something, it'll get done, even if it's not strictly in my job description.
Oh, also, that I remember things people have said to me casually, and report back later if I'm unable to make it happen.
