Okay - having whined about my lack of resilience, here is an attempt to get slightly better:


1. Put plate and mug in washing up
2. Get washing out of dryer.
3. Get a recycling bag from the utility room
4. Put on an episode of Powerpuff Girls (or something)
5. Throw away all that packaging
6. Put washing away

After dinner, maybe I'll shower and get dressed?
